    Step 1

    将鸡蛋与盐、胡椒、鱼露混合均匀备用。To prepare the egg mixture, mix egg with salt, pepper, fish sauce and set aside.

    Step 2

    热锅加油,将蒜米翻炒至微黄,倒入玉米水,将啦啦肉均匀撒在蛋液上,煎1-2分钟或直到边缘酥脆。In a hot wok/pan, heat up oil then stir fry the chopped garlic till lightly brown, pour in the corn flour mixture and sprinkle the lala meat on the corn mixture and allow it to cook for 1-2 minutes or till sides are start to crispy.

    Step 3

    倒入蛋液继续煎煮,撒上葱花并翻转。Pour in the egg mixture and let it continue cook. Sprinkle spring onion over the egg and flip it.

    Step 4

    待两面煎至外脆内软后 切成三角形,趁热食用。Both side fry until nice and crispy on the outside and soft inside. Cut into triangle and serve hot.
